Corporate e-learning had a fatigue problem: static slides, passive viewing, no evidence anything landed. This was agency service development aimed squarely at that — a cinematic, decision-based engine where choices changed outcomes.

I led the service design and development, layering interactive logic over high-quality video to give users agency over their own learning journey. Architected the demo, pitched global partners, and guided it from proof-of-concept to a sellable service.
