ECCO needed a launch for ten new summer shoe lines while protecting schedule, budget and brand consistency — short-form hero edits and social cut-downs, without losing the seasonal aesthetic.

ROLE & RESULTS
I art directed through pre-production, defining look and feel, then managed post end to end. We coordinated with a local cinematographer, worked alongside the creative director, and implemented a remote video village so the client could review live.
