As demand for more engaging, effective learning solutions surged, our agency set out to develop an alternative, more dynamic approach to corporate training. The result? Led the concept development, mind-mapping, and user journey design to ensure a seamless blend of gamification, 360 degree video, UX, and real-time analytics. The goal was clear: create a learning experience that was as measurable as it was meaningful and, crucially, intuitive and engaging.From a proof of concept to a fully integrated service offering, "Interact Here" redefined how corporate learning could look and feel. The tool quickly found real-world application with industry leaders like Stora Enso, proving that when learning feels like discovery, people lean in.
